WORST CAKE DECORATION EVER!

In the spirit of child birth I wanted to post this picture of one of the worst, creepiest and foul cake decorations of all time. My Boy Rick and his wife Dana are expecting their newborn VON tonight so this picture is dedicated to them, can't wait to meet the little guy.
