TMZ is reporting that Lil Wayne had 8 root canals in 8 hours in Miami this past tuesday. During the eight hour procedure, Wayne had his grill worked on, several tooth implants redone, more implants added and had the few real teeth he had left repaired. As you know his teeth were the reason his jail sentence got postponed. He is to re-appear in court in NY on March 2nd to finally get sentenced.

Lil' Wayne has been dropping a few new tracks after pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon on Thursday. Lil Wayne is expected to receive a one-year jail sentence for his guilty plea. Here's the newest leak from him, a freestyle over the other Mr. Carter's "Run This Town."
